Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy To secure your appointment at HBE Medical Spa, a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total treatment cost on the day of your visit. It ensures your time is reserved exclusively for you and allows us to maintain a high standard of service for all clients. Please Note: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice or missing your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
